After assessing your wellness baselines and selfcare priorities, Luminaries guides you through a  step-by-step 6-month digital wellness program. 

The practices over the six months address the key aspects of wellness after a cancer diagnosis and guide survivors to develop sustainable, life-long self-care habits in their lives.

Your Personal Self-Care Dashboard

Luminaries delivers a benchmark summary of your practice wellbeing and self-care before and after the program. The benchmarks are derived from individual responses to the pre-program and post-program lifestyle questionnaires. These reports can be used to monitor and compare wellbeing goals over time and can be used to identify one's strengths and areas for improvement to enhance wellbeing.

Setting goals and achieving greater wellbeing over time is a rewarding journey after your toughest battle.
